🌟 How I Work
I offer one-to-one consultations, group education, professional talks, and media contributions. My dietary advice is grounded in scientific evidence, best practice, and national guidelines — but always adapted to fit each person’s lifestyle, preferences, and health goals.
I am known for my sensitivity and empathy, and I believe nutrition care is most effective when clients feel listened to and supported. My goal is always to help people improve their wellbeing and confidence in a way that feels achievable and sustainable.
